Administrative and clinical responsibilities as well as routine NICU activities such as Intubation, Conventional Ventilator Management, Non-invasive Ventilation, and NCPAP management.

Education and training of staff in neonatal resuscitation according to the Neonatal Resuscitation Program.

Operating in a busy maternity hospital with 3500 to 4000 births per year. NICU admission rates reached 900 cases in the previous year with more than half of the patients transported from remote facilities.
